It's the various State's way to charge you tax on something that they have no right to tax you on. Not all States do it, but I'm sure at some point they will.

Now that we know the difference between all the models, which one would you choose? I almost wouldn't mind saving a few bucks and going with the base model.

I’d prefer the Mate 10. My iPhone 8 has no 3.5mm jack, and it’s proven to be inconvenient at times, so I’d rather not have the Mate 10 Pro.

That's understandable. I use a wired headphones when I'm in my house. But Bluetooth out and about. I'm in my house most of the time
