which news widget is this?

Its the HTC Sense 'News' widget. I found an APK, but it does not install. What a shame. I really want something like this.

From what I've been able to find, this widget is on the HTC Hero and HTC Desire but for some reason is NOT on the HTC Incredible. I really want to use this widget too. It looks like the screen shots used in that "review" are from when one of those other two phones were reviewed.

Haha, I went CRAZY looking for this widget. Even did a factory restore like another poster here did to see if it'd show up in my phone. No such luck

Perhaps we can get this once we gain root. I really want this widget! Surprised HTC didn't give it to us too!

That's where I've seen it was on my Droid using the Desire Rom, I thought I was going crazy

No that is the news/weather app/widget that comes on the Droid in 2.1

I also have that on my INC i got it from that website. The one we want is the HTC news widget.

Im sure it will become available for us eventually.

I've been using twitter feeds from cnn for news. It doesn't give you everything, but I find it works pretty well.

Bump. Anyone got the HTC News widget running on their Dinc? Fraking HTC can't even put the same Sense elements on all their phones -- how are they going to smoothly get us Froyo in a timely manner?
