Which phone are you guys coming from?

Does S5 have super amoled screen? My main concern is that Moto X Pure screen is not good as super amoled. My S6 is nice, but moto X pure seems to have bigger battery and stock android experience.

I want to say that it did have a Super Amoled.

I had my 2013 Moto X for 2+ years. 3 days in and I love the phone, but still getting used to the larger size.

Oneplus One. I just got my Oneplus 2 in the mail yesterday but decided I'm just going to wait until the 17th for my Moto X to be delivered. Feels weird having a brand new phone and not opening it!

Note 3. I bought a Nexus 6 last week to test it out but will be returning it next week.

2013 Moto X -> 2014 Moto X -> Moto X Pure 👍

I really liked the moto x 2014 except that battery life wasn't enough for me. I hope x pure has better battery life.

HTC One M8

Microphone quit working and had the charging port replaced. Been a loyal HTC user but this one hasn't held up. Don't like AMOLED screens so I've been looking for a new device with an LCD. Hopefully the moto x screen will be as nice as the HTC panel.

Verizon HTC M8, bought it last December on contract for a penny. Smoothest Android phone I've ever had, but the picture quality imo for a flagship was horrid. Battery life could've been better too. I also missed the size back when I had the Note 2, so I can't wait for the Moto X

Note 4. Actually, I love it. But wanted to move on from Samsung since I believe they've lost sight of what their customers really want...what most switched to Samsung for in the first place. Motorola seems to have their finger on our pulse, and they've answered the call. I was also considering LG for the same reason.

Note 4. Like it but I was one of the ones who had two with bad cameras that never would focus properly and it lags a ton now. Great battery life but I prefer the moto x as I think the screen is way brighter and it's so much quicker

Nexus 4 (2012)
Moto X Pure Edition

I hope my third smartphone can last three years too.

LG G4 (for a short time ~3 months, before that the Nexus 6). Liked the G4 but missed stock Android. Development on the G4 is practically non existent too, hoping the MXPE has lots of dev support!

MOTO X PURE EDITION!

I have the G4 but really want the Moto X. I would have to drop back down to the Galaxy Nexus (Verizon) and sell the G4 before ordering. I'm debating whether or not I would be able to handle that.

I'm coming from the Verizon Note 5. I'll probably switch back and forth between the two depending on how I feel that day.
