Which Samsung device will you retire your note 2 for?

I will be retiring my black Verizon Note 2 for a pre-ordered White Verizon Note 4... i went to Best Buy to check out the Note 4 after I Pre-ordered online with Verizon (I couldnt wait! LOL)....and i was shocked with the Note 4, simply an awesome device, can't wait to recieve it in the mail! :)

I do have to say, my Note 2 has been a fantastic phone in every aspect really....just doesn't hold a candle to its new, more powerful brother....

What kind of resale value does the note 2 have? I lost the s pen but I just ordered a new one from amazon last nite. Other than that it's in almost perfect condition. No scratches on screen. Been in Otterbox for the last year

That doesn't mean diddly squat to me. I wouldn't have an iPhone if it was half the price of a note. I don't care about playing video games so I don't care about the performance difference and I much prefer having Android and I much prefer having a 750 nits screen which is what the note has. Owning an Android and owning a note series phone is a win for me. I don't like iPhones, I can't stand Mac OS or iOS or the Apple company. You are in the wrong forum if you want to extol the virtues of iPhone

I prefer android as well. That's why I have a note 2.

I agree. Or maybe even the Note 6. I just don't see any compelling reason to upgrade. Great phones though. Love my Note 2.

Same here. I love my Note 2 and my wife has the Note 3. (Upgraded from GS3). She loves it. I don't have an upgrade tell February and I, for the first time, am not in pain that I have to wait. It's shocking that someone for the first time, in my opinion, made a phone that is so good that I don't want to upgrade or makes me feel like I am in a rush to get a new phone. So I may try to keep this phone as long as I can. :)

Looks like about $200 on ebay, a good down payment on the N4. Probably a bit more if you throw in the Otterbox.

Of course, this right here is why Samsung has started having trouble making any profit

True, but they will bounce back when all the brainwashed sheep stop thinking that the ibone6 is the best thing since slice bread and come on over to the bright side. (Wishful thinking right there)

Im looking forward to upgrading to the Note 4 even though I LOVE my Note 2. The Note 4 just looks to be an amazing device and I cant pass it up. Someone mentioned they dont feel rushed to upgrade, and I feel the same way. If my N2 had the spen software to convert an Snote to an address/ phone number like the N3/4 does, I'd be content for another year or two.
