Gorilla Glass (tm, just to keep it legal) 4 (the S6 screen) can withstand more of a drop than any tempered glass screen protector, so it's just a waste. If you drop the phone, the screen protector is more likely to break than the screen is.

Wait for sapphire screen protectors - they're a lot harder, breakproof and scratch resistant than either tempered glass or Gorilla Glass 4.
