Which video size do you use?

I'm curious which video size other Note 8 users have selected:
UHD
QHD
FHD (60 fps)
FHD or another setting

I tend to use UHD most of the time but FHD (60 fps) if I know I am going to recording something that is in motion. Most of my videos don't hit the ten minute recording limit for UHD, QHD and FHD (60 fps).
