While on call suddenly my in call volume increases on s9 plus ?

Sometimes this happen when I'm on call my in call volume increases like someone is trying to hear my call as i always keep on the lowest end.
My phone is s9 plus and is it possible that it can be hacked ?

Maybe you are accidentally pressing volume boost button with your cheek?
