While phone is on silent mode, it gets back on normal ringing mode by itself.

Every day before bed I turn my phone on silent mode, and in the morning I get it back on loud. Lately, my phone would turn back on loud mode by itself , before I even wake up, and of course the notification noise wakes me up. Any ideas why this is happening ??
