Yes, take it and run.... you would be lucky to get $350/400 on Craigs List or Ebay, 64GB would get you a bit more but almost $400 for a 32, yes thats a good deal, take it.

Check out Swappa for some cost comparison. You should be able to find recent sales to use as comps.
