I have seen pictures of the White Evo

It is indeed coming out next Sunday on the 15th. However, I will admit that most if not all will be a little disappointed by its looks.

The White EVO 4G LTE:

• The aluminum unibody is silver in color
• The kickstand is silver as well, (no red/white accents)
• The top is still the same glossy plastic material, but white instead of black

I will admit losing the red accents is the most disappointing part for me. I'm shoving mine in a case as soon as it is out of the box so it's not going to be that big of a deal. Though I'm sure the looks will disappoint a few people. Just giving you all a heads up.

Every time I see the One X, I wish we got that with evo features. Just put a bigger battery in, change the sim card slot to microsd. I could do without the kickstand. Would like a charger port, considering my current usb port is fried and I'd like the alternate charging option. Waiting on asurion for my replacement.

The pictures were from Sprint training documents, so there was no way for them to get that information. I suppose it's possible though.

Employee, The white evo is a little ugly and its released on the 15th. Glossy white top, silver kickstand and grey matte finish.

Wow am I glad I didn't hold out for that. I was really excited about the possibility of a red striped white back. I mean I can't pass judgement until I see it, but getting rid of the red is a sad decision.

I couldn't agree more. I mean I'm sure it's better in person like the black version, but white and red go together like peanut butter and jelly, they should have never abandoned that. I still prefer a white phone over black so I'll be buying it regardless, so I'll be happy with it. Throw on a red Cruzerlite case and it will look fantastic.

oh man I'm kinda disappointed but not by much cause I love silver I hope it like a Chrome silver but red is my favorite color and that little strip of red wont work for me but if the kickstand is bigger I will buy the white evo lte

Is it better in person? I've only seen pictures of it and while it doesn't look bad, it just isn't what I was hoping for. I'm still picking one up Sunday.
