White Notification Box At Top Of Screen

I am trying to figure out how make the white notification box from appearing? I'll be in the middle of a game or something and it appears and messes with with I am doing. Just curious if anyone could help.

I think he means he wants to stop the notification tile that appears at the top of the screen when someone calls etc. from appearing because he doesn't like the fact that it obscures his view of what he's doing at the time.

You have 5.0, now? Unfortunately, that is the way its done now. Quite intrusive, but you can swipe it away.

Yea, 5.0. I don't mind the notification bar at the too of the screen, just hate how the notification takes priority over what I'm already doing. Also, it's not small, so takes up a lot of room. Guess I'll just have to get used to it... Sigh

I wish I could set it to only show up for calls and texts from certain people.

Can always change to priority when starting a game or video to not be interrupted.

I wasn't aware that in priority mode the HUD notifications don't appear. To be honest I have never tried it because any time my phone is in priority mode I'm either asleep or in a meeting and not actively using it.

I never did either. I just assumed.
