White Square/Rectangle on Incoming Calls

I just got my Galaxy s6 2 days ago. Since then, I have a strange white box that covers the green and red accept/decline buttons for about 5 seconds when the phone rings. I thought it was at&t's contact manager, so I turned that off, but it persists. It's annoying, and if I don't have to go back to at&t I'd be sooooo happy. Thanks!

I have the same problem. First noticed it maybe a week ago.

When I dial any number the white square appears



After I finish the call it stays for maybe 5 seconds



When I receive a call the long white rectangle appears and I have to tap it to make it disappear before I can swipe to answer the call



I don't remember changing any settings recently. Very annoying. Any ideas? Thanks

Hello Guy, welcome to the forums! Do you have any third party dialer installed in your phone? You could try booting your phone into safe mode and see if the problem persists. This process will temporarily disable any app that didn't come preinstalled in your phone.

I had the same problem for a few days and it was annoying. I found that it was snapchat causing it.
