"Whitelist" an app ??

Hello,
I downloaded the app Worldclock & Widget, but the time always stops.

In the app description in the Play Store it says: "IMPORTANT: Add the app to your Task Killer white list! Otherwise the widget might stop updating."

How do I add an app to a white list ?

If you don't have a task killer app then it doesn't apply to you if you do then usually in the app you can set it to not stop certain apps its usually in the settings or you untick it depending on the task killer app you have

Didn't your HOX come with the standard HTC time widget?
Tap the time in that widget and the World Clock is launched. Time everywhere. And weather too.
Why add another (apparently buggy) app for this?

I'm using the Apex Launcher, which doesn't give me the option to use the stock HTC widgets.
Or is there a way to do that?
