After continued lack of response to emails, I contacted PayPal and they filed a dispute on my behalf requesting cancellation. I was refunded within 2 hours along with a refund confirmation email from WS. I immediately ordered from Amazon and will have the glass on Thursday. WS has a serious customer service issue.

I just saw this too. Well, this sort of sucks that the 2 pack won't ship out until 9/9, and frankly, even the singles don't ship out until tomorrow and meanwhile people apparently have already received it via Amazon?
I have to keep that fake screen protector on my phone for a few weeks because of this. Ugh...

It looks like you already have the basic information you need but I did contact their social media departmentbant I paraphrased their response below....and please don't shoot the messenger and I'm waiting for mine too.
"The website orders are pre-orders and they do not have the inventory to ship out until tomorrow. (The listing says that and when they are shipping... but they understand the concerns.)
With regard to Amazon:
Amazon receives its inventory directly and they start shipping right away.
Whitestone will be fulfilling the pre-orders starting tomorrow for the single packs and then beginning of September for the 2 packs.
The phone releases on the 23, so their goal is to have most of the orders fulfilled by the time the customers receive them.
They are already in the process of emailing those customers and they are going to help them to the best of our ability."

Yes just follow the instructions and YouTube totorials exactly and allow yourself plenty of time.
Top tip.
Use one of the glue tubes in the box on the work surface your going to use.
If it rolls then the surface is uneven and you could experience problems of the glue not sitting on the phone with it sliding around on it's own.
When you put the speaker sticker on be very careful that it just goes over the speaker grill and not intrude too far into the screen as this could interfere with the protector and cause a bubble.

Is it easy to see where to put the sticker at the top to cover the speaker? That's the part I'm most worried about screwing up.

Ordered the 2Pack a few weeks ago.
Got an email from them yesterday saying...
"We had a large number of pre-orders, so we are working very hard to fulfill your order as soon as possible. If you have not seen on the website, the expected delivery date is 9/9/2019, but we are working on receiving it sooner we want to ship your dome glass a week before that. "

Has anyone put this on yet? Any issues that you ran into? I ordered from Amazon and it is being delivered on Sunday.

I don't have it yet but I don't expect it to be any different than it was for the S10+. I was very happy with it. One big advantage it has because of the adhesive is that if and when it cracks, it is hardly noticeable.
I have zero concerns about the protection it offers, my only real concern is if the fingerprint reader will work, honestly. It's seems like the results I've read so far have been hit or miss, which worries me.

Well I can only speak for myself and did not notice any difference going from the factory protector to the Dome on the S10+. I know others who feel the same way, however I also know those that had issues with it and some had issues with the FPS regardless of protector. I'll let you know once I get the Dome however I'm going away for a week so I may be delayed in posting my results.
