The few people I've talked to so far who do smart phone repairs have said they can't work on the Nexus 6, but I know SOMEONE out there can, right?? Preferably near NJ or NYC?

I need the USB and headphone ports repaired/replaced on my device. Anyone know where I could reach out?

Repairs might be expensive. If you really want to stay with the N6, you might consider getting a new one. They are selling on ebay for $200.

Yea, that seems a more viable solution. With the lack of new phones to serve as a good successor for my N6, if I had a 100 percent working device I'd be happy to stay with it a while longer.

And if you are a ROM using kind of person, you could easily get another 2 years out of your N6 since the devs will make the latest android available for it for quite some time. And if you're not a custom rom kind of person, it won't hurt to learn how, since it will extend the life of your device by years. Plus you get all of the cool features you can only get from custom roms while keeping the stock android feel. Btw, the Pure Nexus rom is the best I've found.

I also seem to have a busted USB port. I've been working around it with Qi wireless chargers that are fairly cheap on Amazon. I've also been using Bluetooth headphones for about a year now. Not necessarily an ideal solution, but it's getting me by until I find a suitable replacement.

Thank God for wireless charging! I haven't checked in a while. Is there such thing as Bluetooth headphones that don't sound like crap yet??
