by chance found 1 app was made in ###.ru
I tried to find out where other apps came from. I am trying to avoid some countries.
Google offers apparently no way to trace the source of the app.
Just to make sure: I am not interested in the source code, though all algorhythms assume - giving me wrong answers.

Which US, CA, EU Android Application responds to my need?

You can always look at the app's Play Store page, where you can look in the Developer Contact section for their physical address.

I imagine, but don’t know, that the developer may have used the services of other developers for a part or all of the development work. Those other developers may live in lands that the OP does not, for whatever reason, favour.
I think you’d probably have to go off-Earth altogether if you wanted to be certain.

Right, but I would guess that where the app developer is headquartered would usually be the important thing to know.
