Who has had to return so far?

Well...I was about 12 hours into my shiny new EVO 3d when something blew leaving me as a paper weight. I have a return order in and will get another one around Tuesday or Wednesday. It blew out while I was playing spiderman 3d.

We tested my battery at a store with another EVO and it works fine. We tried a different battery in mine and that didn't work. Our assumption was the processor blew out.

Anyone else have to do a return.

I'm sorry your phone broke. That's just weird. I am happy this thread is dead though. That means phones are working out pretty well across the board.
I'm interested to hear if we'll ever know what really happened. Sadly, probably not.
Better luck on the replacement.

I'm having problems I got my evo 3d on the 24 n everything was fine now today it just stop working I plug it up n no charging light I did many battery pulls n nothing I'm highly piss off now imma b without a phone for like two days Smh fml

I have extremely slow 3G speeds (less than 100kbps). I called sprint and they are getting reports of the same. I think it's time to at least do an exchange.

I had this happen one time... Im sure it was software... He are the details...

I loaded a Youtube 3D video to show a friend. I let it buffer for a while and the screen shut off while buffering. I turned the screen back on and it was still in 3D Mode but was on the lock screen. You can tell its in 3D mode bucause of that hologrammy looking effect. Thought that was wierd but figured I would let this video buffer for another 30 seconds or so and let the phone go back to sleep. Tried to turn it on again but it just wouldn't turn on. No clue why. I had to pull the battery. Booted back up fine after that. Strange.

But no, I didint return it.

Doesn't seem like a lot of people had to do returns. That's a good thing with such a high profile phone.

My camera died too or so i thought but it was before the HTC update and the 4 small updates after and the camera has worked since no problems. I came close to returning though so curious if you had all the updates.

I'm doing an exchange, the screen/capacitive buttons are extremely unreliable on my first one with portions of the screen not working and then at other times ghost presses of the screen all over...of course it wouldn't do it while I was at the Sprint store, so it was a long ordeal on the phone just to get them to send a replacement without charging a restocking fee. Very disappointed in the level of support I received today on top of the issues with my brand new phone.

I had to return mine after 20 minutes. There was two dots of light coming through the black menu area. That would have bugged me. The new phone has one speck of dust under the screen, just under the C of the HTC logo.

I have a dead pixel.. I can see it at any time (as long as it's not that dark of a background/scene.

I'm going to return it, there's no reason I should have a screen that isn't perfect.

I have same issue with slow 3G speeds. Talked to Sprint technical support and ran some tests and resets. Still slow 3G speeds so they recommended I exchange phone. I exchanged phone and still have slow 3G speeds. I hope a software update comes out soon to fix this.

I have also been getting super slow 3g speeds compared to my evo 4g. Have not called sprint yet.
