Received mine yesterday. It's the ATT 32GB Version. So far, I am loving it. Coming from a GS3 and an iPhone 5. It's like android and the iPhone had a baby. This is the phone of the summer.

Received mine 3 days ago from Rogers, loved everything but on day 2 I went from fully charged to 50% just by 1 hour "unheavy" browsing plus music; power saver was on. Downloaded Juice Defender and played music for 2 hours only 1% off the power And another point, the micro USB charging port seems a bit flimsy. Otherwise its a gorgeous phone hardware and software-wise. No lag or delay AT ALL. Great phone!

It's going to take some time (around a week or so) to fully condition the battery in a brand new phone. Short life is common in a new device until the battery cycles a few times, so you should see much better performance in the very near future. Supposedly the HTC One gets pretty great battery life (2 full days of light use) for its size.
