Who is planning to trade in for the Note 10?

Of course to each their own so if you want a Note 10 then enjoy... it's a nice looking phone.

But yeah if you have a 9... the smaller 10 just doesn't add up for me... dimensionally it's not that much smaller and...

you'd be going into a smaller battery(3500 vs 4000),
lose QHD with 1080p, (probably to offset the battery life hit with the 3500)
lose the headphone jack for those who care

and I just was reminded...
you lose the SD card slot.

I was really impressed the + was practically the same size as my Note 8.

If my Note 8 dies, the + would be one of my top choices.

From the specs, I don't see much difference, especially if you're using a Note 9 right now.
The dimensions aren't that much different.
N10 : 5.94 x 2.83 x 0.31
10+ : 6.39 x 3.04 x 0.31
N 9 : 6.37 x 3.01 x 0.35

But some do like smaller phones. I suggested to a manager to get a bigger phone. He had an iPhone Max. Went back to a small iPhone. Said he'll go to a flip when he retires in a few years.

I did think about it but there's nothing to trade in for. In fact, I'll be losing my headphone jack which is quite important to me with all my wired headphones which I use almost daily. I'm going to upgrade to the Asus ROG 2 phone. It's just got specs in abundance, a look that I really like and a camera that is good enough for me. Can't wait

I agree regarding the size. Played with one at Costco last weekend and the difference was neglible. Asked my 11 year old what she thought and she said couldn't see or feel a difference (have a minimal case on the 9 so that made up the difference). Aside from that nice looking phone but that black hole punch kept staring at me... LOL

That only applies if I buy from Samsung. I have to buy my phones through AT&T so I can get the monthly payments on the device.

Best Buy is also advertising the $150 Sammy GC as part of their deal. But in the fine print, it says while supplies last. There are a limited amount of them, like 167K of them for the N10+. So I guess the first to get their N10's and go through the process of verifying with Samsung will get them.

In my hand, the Note 10 feel significantly smaller than the Note 9.
