I preordered with the $100 experience bundle bud do not intend to use the VR since I used the last one once. I intend to sell the VR with the immersive packages, the 256 SD card, and only keeping the AKG headphones.

How much will you sell it for. I guessing I could get $$100 for the VR package and $120 for the SD card. I sold my Bose on ear headphones I bought for $40 two black Fridays ago for $50 and will use the new AKGs. That's about $270 off the price of the phone added to to $340 I sold me S7 for.

If you sell the headphones for $100 you just got a 256 card for free. How times have changed. My first memory card was for my Sony camera in 2003. $80 for 128mb. Lol

I don't see myself using it. Hopefully I can get $150 CAN for it.

My thought exactly. Too pixelated for me to enjoy. Until It can be smooth 1080 I won't care.

There will be plenty of gear VRs available for resale. I'm assuming you can get around $75 - $99.

Promotions is good for the pre-order period (March 30, 2017 to April 20, 2017). The sd card comes with the $99 bundle (Gear VR/sd card/AKG head phones)

I want to try the VR but being that I will need to remove my phone from its case in order to use the VR, I doubt i'll play with it more than a couple of times, so will probably sell it. I'm going to sell the extra AKG headphones too but will keep the 256Gb card as honestly that was the reason I got the bundle in the first place.

As long as you sign up for it when you get your phone, you'll be fine. People said that they were going to run out with the Note 7 and they didn't. You don't need to panic so much about this - just do it when you get the phone.

I most definitely will. Even if you ignore the impossible to ignore screendoor effect, there still isn't nearly enough practical applications of VR for it to be worthwhile.
