I'm supposed to get mine this week. I see alot of problems and negativity on here which is normal for the internet. I realize there are some panel issues. Aside from that, who has one and is liking it thus far?

I'd love to know if your notification light works also. I use mine to color code texts from certain contacts.

Love it, best phone ive ever owned and ive owned every major flagship last 9 years. Yes, screen has its issues but im sure google with correct it and if it requires a new device that's why you have a 1 yr warranty for. Once they fix manufacturing issues and new batches start shipping with no issues you can request an RMA and get a new device. Simple. People just love to complain.

Can't blame people for wanting to buy a +$900 phone as advertised without issues.

I. Love. My. Pixel!!!!

It's a great phone in every way. My display is fine. It's crazy fast. The camera is phenomenal. The battery life is amazing.

So far, it's been an absolute joy to use.

Ignore the chatter and use it for yourself.

yeah im not going to examine the screen under every condition but i dont want to see burn-in and dont think thats acceptable. Like a previous poster said, hopefully they get it right and offer a switch out to the corrected hardware when that happens...
I would like to continue to use my notification light customized the way I have it on my pixel XL 1st gen. I hope I can and I dont need any 3rd party apps currently to make it work...

Im hoping that Pixel 3 hardware will be more closely scrutinized since google bought HTC....thye should have more control over this moving forward i suppose

Postfail.

The phone is so good, I'm willing to be patient and see if Google addresses the issues. Blue shift is not a dealbreaker, neither is the color profile. If burn in becomes a problem, I know people who are already getting replacement.

The software and camera are incredible on this device. No other phone I have used has come close.

Fantastic phone. Don't worry about the negativity. I was one of the people who was tripping about the display, but it's only because I was used to over saturated colors. After using the phone for a couple days, I can say that the display is great. Now the blue tint at off-center viewing angles is definitely a thing, but since 99% of the time, I'm looking at it head on, it's no big deal. Plus I'm seeing that Google may have fixed that issues with the current batch, so maybe yours will be fine.

I love mine. It's very refreshing being back on Android after two years with the 6s Plus. And the camera is seriously amazing. I took a selfie in portrait mode while I was outside the other night and the lighting was poor. One of my Android friends said it looked like I had taken it with a DSLR.

For the money, the pixel 2 XL screen should be better, at least as good as my 1st gen XL
that being said, if i wanted the best display, i would go note 8

google beats samsung up in down in stock oreo software, no lag, unlimited storage, etc etc etc etc

i just want the phone to work and ill deal with the screen issues until google announces a fix and replace (hopefully)

Agreed. If I were coming from a Pixel XL I might skip a year, but I came from an iPhone, so I went with the 2 XL. The screen is disappointing but the rest of the experience is amazing.

ive thought about returning it if i cannot live with it. The pixel XL is a workhorse and i have zero issues with its functionality, ive never had a problem besides bluetooth at times whichmight be the ford sync software, who knows...
i dont care for its iphone look > the large bezels, one reason why i hope the 2 XL works for me. i also think the IP67 is a worthy upgrade as i have ruined a phone by dropping it in the sink before

btw, my company gave me a 6s plus for work and my wife has an 8 plus
neither makes me want an iphone in anyway

I love it! Awesome battery life. Got over 8 hours SOT yesterday! I love the design of the phone, the small bezel design, the extra coating Google put on to make it less slippery, and the thinness of the phone. All makes it feel great when holding it. Finally, the camera on this phone is the best, and I can't wait to see how much better it will be once Google activate the visual core.

I know that there are some screen issues with the phone, but the blue tint does not bother me, and if the phone does get burn in later on, I will just get a warranty replacement from Google.

While I'm not seeing the insane battery life others have experienced, my 3 day review says this phone is damn good. I hope Google addresses the screen because otherwise they have a home run!

let the haters hate. it's big...fast... fantastic camera. clean Android...best of the ones I've had...and I've had quite a few.

I'm a month away from getting mine. I'm hoping some of the cancellations mean I get it faster.

My LED notification light works just fine.
