Who's active with a LG G6?

We actually have a 2nd G6 on the household. We got my son one to replace his fading Nexus 6 when Best Buy had them for $120 last Friday. Great deal! He loves it!

I'm here. Been back on Android for a year and half. Sold my iPhone 6 plus in early 2016 and bought a $300 LG G4. Went through two of them due to the boot loop and upgraded to the G6 on launch day.
Although, I have so much trouble typing on this phone. The only thing i would change about this phone is I wish it was a little bit wider. .

I'd agree with this, same for the smaller S8 too. Ironically I find the larger S8+ or OP5 easier to type on one handed. I think the wider phone allows for wider keys which helps.

I love my G6, but definitely want to try to check out the note 8 and the V30. Anyone tempted to switch to one of these from the G6?

Noup, too poor for that.. And it's pointless for me to change the phone after minimum use of 1-2 years. At least when it comes to the flagship phones...

Lol. I just feel bad changing phones so often. But I do get bored with phones quickly. I probably have a problem..

Yeah cuz same ****.. Taptalk, camera, word, excel, chrome, music, mail... All same only diffrence it's a bit faster... They are doing great job, covnincing us we need new phone every year.. Great manipulation system..

I have had my phone for a month and love it..I have used it in Weeki Wachi Springs here in Florida. Splash Mountain in The Magic Kingdom and full 12 hour shifts in the Restaurant I manage..I think the camera on the g5 as far as night shots were slightly better. As an overall..this phone rocks

Pretty interesting article about battery life comparing alot of the most popular android phones out there. Not to my surprise LG G6 is usually the bottom 2 or 3. What really surprised me is the one plus 5 was near the bottom. Thought the whole argument for staying with a boring 1080p on the OP5 is for better battery life?

Anyways I've always said the two biggest flaws of the G6 for me is the battery life and the small 32gb internal storage...

Idk why mate i get 6-8h SoT on mine so i can't complain on battery life. I to have 32gb model, more storage would be nice but im okay with 32.

Just notice major slow down with certain graphic intensive games. Never noticed before, but maybe I wasn't paying attention. Anyways Asphalt 8 and NBA 2K17 are the main games that causes the G6 to slow down and stutter. Especially on the Asphalt 8, it's pretty noticable and annoying

Sucks. I don't game too much on the G6 but I love those two above. At least my emulators don't have much slowdown...

I think the G6 should get more praise. it's the biggest leap from a previous model year device in a while. although I wish it had an S-pen. I miss my Note 4. best and most obnoxious phone I've ever owned. obnoxious because of the slow downs it would have at times. anyway. love my G6. I hope to keep it a while.

Glad you are enjoying your G6! Who knows, maybe LG will come out with an L-Pen or something with future phones!
