It does look kinda like a french fry compared to the more traditional slabs lol. But you adjust and it still gets the job done... plus that size in your pocket folded up

Got mine Friday, first clamshell phone since the OG Razr. Took a bit to get used to it, but I'm staring to enjoy it. At first everything felt a bit gimmicky and a bit annoying to have to open the phone for most things, but that quickly subsided. Once I figured out what you could do with split screens and how to use video calling differently, I really started to like it.

Only been few days, but battery is so-so in normal mode, but quite good in power saving mode. I was out and about all day both Saturday and Sunday and never really worried about the battery life.

Ordered one but that narrow aspect ratio has me worried. Just seems really weird. But I'm going to try it for 2 weeks.

My Flip 4 is supposed to arrive tomorrow and I'm planning to trade in my S22+ but your comment has me thinking I may prefer to keep what I have. The S22+is an excellent phone. I'll compare them closely during the return window. This should be interesting.

The real point of the flip is in its compactness. It has a 6.7 inch screen when open, yet comfortably fits into the palm of your hand when closed. Its for those who don't want to be always carrying around a large "candy bar" of a phone. The "flip" is also a cool feature for a lot of people.

But hey use the flip for a week and decide if its for you. Samsung has a 15 day return with no restoking fee.

I'm excited for the size when it's folded. At the gym or at the pool and around its going to ve nice not having my phone stick out. I

I use my galaxy tab ultra when I'm at home a lot so I never hse the s pen on my s22 ultra that's why I'm switching

Yep. Mine arrived yesterday. I was happy to see the cases from my 3 fit the 4 perfectly except the flash is off center on my Samsung Aramid case. In the short time I've had it I can tell battery life is noticeably better as the reviews stated. The hinge is quite a bit tighter for opening & closing than my 3 was even when it was new. That's about all I have noticed so far.

When I went online to Samsung UK, I saw they were offering £490 for my flip 3, 1 year free insurance (very handy thank you), 1 year Disney +, £100 voucher and 2 Samsung smart tags. Last year they were giving me a Watch 4 but hey ho. I also used Quidco for cashback so will get some money back then. I pick it up from Kings Cross store tomorrow (because you also get a goody bag from them). All about the freebies lol!

No issue for me whatsoever with a green Samsung ring case. It does occasionally slip at the top and cause my volume buttons to be hit which is a small annoyance. Also, the front around the flash you can tell is a little off-centered but otherwise a good fit.

Yes I found that my flip 3 samsung Aramid carbon fiber case fits well, no fingerprint issue, and isn't loose at all.
