Strange how that happens. It least you can pick it up & not deal with redilvery issues.

Interesting when I ordered my Watch 5, the shipping date said September 21. Right now if you order one, the shipping date says September 9. I wonder since I ordered earlier than someone if they ordered today, would I get mine before them?

Ordered last night mine said shipping date September 30th I got a text this morning saying it was shipped I'm getting it Thursday.

I cancelled my order because of the backorder date on the blue. Now I have to wait until Samsung gets their stuff together and readjusts my credit limit so I can preorder another one. I wasn't really sold on the blue anyway. As long as I can get the gray/graphite 44m watch 5.

Yesterday, I got the 40mm watch 5 in the black. I really wanted silver but I'm really liking the black. It's been off the charger now for almost 24 hours. (BTW, it is really hard taking a picture of this watch without getting lots of reflections & shadows).

That is a cool watch face. Did you upgrade from a previous Samsung? Mine's coming tomorrow I had silver in my watch 4 and got the same. I'm wondering if this rubber cover I have now will fit on the 5 I'll find out tomorrow.

Yes, that is one of the preloaded watch faces that is very customizable (choose colors, complications, etc).

I upgraded from a 40mm Galaxy watch active (I think one of the first ones). The only thing different between my active and the GW5 are the side buttons. The active buttons are smaller and round where the GW5 buttons are bigger & rectangular. My guess is that if the GW5 has the same rectangular buttons, the cover would fit perfectly.

(edit) oops, the back of the watch is slightly different on the GW5; not quite as flat as it is on the active. But it doesn't seem like the cover would affect that area at all due to the sensors.

Thanks! I had an Active 2 before my watch 4 all the small ones. Here is what I have looks like it should fit and I love the rectangular buttons so much better. I am anxiously waiting for Fed-Ex I have to leave for work at 1:30. When I 1st read about the 40mm 5 it said screensize was .1 difference but on Samsungs site comparing they are the same 1.9 I think it is.

Can someone help me please? I got my watch 5 today turned it on it loaded up I paired it to phone so now i have both in wearables the 4 and 5 and it said something about it didn't restore. I have a current backup of my 4 so do I connect the watch 5 to my phone and go under restore and look for the watch 4? I think I messed something up and it said last back up 4/22 so I backed up my watch 4 again and see that's it current. The other day when I backed up it mentioned smart switch on my watch. But now I just want to make sure my settings and everything from the 4 goes to the 5. Thanks! I am wearing the watch 4 now and the 5 is turned on an in my pocket. Thanks! I appreciate it. I think I went and connected the watch 5 and under restore I didn't see the backup but I can check again or else I'm doing something wrong.

Worst case, you'll just have to go back in and set everything up the way you want it. All of your previously installed watch faces won't automatically reinstall, at least they didn't for me and I think some others stated the same.

Okay well I just turned off the four the fives connected I wonder if I should reset the five and start over I don't remember if asking me about restoring I just remember it telling me it didn't I don't remember now but I'll try to figure it out thank you.
