OK, one of the benefits of Kit Kat was full functionality of Google Wallet including tap and pay. On your mark, get set, go.....

It has something to do with the nfc drivers not be released for the phone

Not sure why, but no tap and pay for the Note 3

I was reading about ISIS and apparently it can be used at Paypass terminals also. I dont have an ISIS SIM, so I cant test it out though.

That REALLY sucks!! I wonder why they wouldn't make one the best phones compatible with Google Wallet? Also strange the S4 (running Kit Kat) is fully compatible.

Aparently Verizon did not want competition with the ISIS tap and pay that Verizon, ATT, and Tmobile went in on together. Can anyone say Monopoly. I might have considered ISIS if they had not tried to monopolize the function. Now I will NEVER even consider ISIS and will spread the word to any of my friends and family why they should not use it either. A good solution to monopoly, boycott.

“Verizon asked us not to include this functionality in the product,” a Google spokesperson told Reuters.

I only used ISIS during the promotion but it's worthless and having to deal w/ AMEX for any issues w/ ISIS is a pain in the a$$ plus not too many places use it. Since then I have not used it and refuse to.
