Who's not considering the V30?

I'm not. I have seen it and it just is not that impressive IMO. The S8+ so far takes the cake when it comes to wow factor and feels better in the hand. Also why the fk did they get rid of the headphone jack? Losing the removable battery was stupid enough but getting rid o my ability to use the headphones I love without a stupid (supplied) adapter makes the phone too stupid for me to stomach. I kinda like the Note 8 but it is not worth the price since I am not a heavy stylus user. I am waiting on the N8 to drop so I get the S8+ on the cheap.

I moved from a G4 to a V10 (current personal) and V20 (work) setup but LG is dead to me. Especially after I put up with the bull**** they gave me with my G4 and V10 rolling boot.

Yeah hopefully it's Bec of preproduction model. But everyone is going bonkers over this new P-OLED screen. Everyone seems to keep forgetting the G Flex and G Flex 2 had one too and were simply terrible

And I'm not bashing LG, I have their G6 but starting to be underwhelmed with it. Pushing the previous apps causes a 1-2 second delay before all the previous app cards comes up. Wasn't like this before

Expect that lack of screen uniformity on every LG device with the P-OLED. A different website complained about the same issue and the LG OLED TVs also suffer from lack of uniformity when displaying a gray image.

It does have a headphone jack. Look again.

I was waiting for an unlocked version of the Note 8 that wasn't black but I think the V30 might just have won me over. If I had to pick one right now it would be the V30

I feel like I have gave lg too many opportunities, but everytime they have let me down - starts with the phone random reboots, to a camera that doesn't focus and ends with a phone getting so hot that it will almost burn your hand.

Sure, the V30 looks great, but I'm done. And so many are as well. That's why the g6 dropped the price so quickly, isn't it?
Anyway if someone would want to buy a V30, I will recommend on waiting few months - the price will drop drastically

I went with the Note 8 I am a hardcore no fan and thoroughly enjoy their devices especially the Note 8 now that I've had it for a week. I did enjoy the v20 and would be interested in just checking out the v30 but will not be purchasing it

I joined a week ago because I kept on reading the forum, and I decided to join because I wanted to participate in disscussions around here.
Anyway, since it has been happening on 3 different devices, I know that this is wide spread issue. You can check weather there are or there aren't such problems in the G5, V20, G6 and so.

If you would've check the features thread you would've seen that I actually like what the v30 offers, but I just can't buy or recommend it.

Some people may join and just not post as much (a.k.a lurk). Such as you have been here since 2013 -- I have been here since 2012. You have almost 400 posts where as I have 26k+. We differ from our usage of the forums .
