I pre-ordered the 512GB Black ZF7 for $850 before tax ordering through the Samsung Money Store. I even got to use the $50 credit on a case and screen protector.

Did you get a confirmation on that 9% , I too ordered on launch day and it did say 9% but the smaill print said it didn't offer the 9% on cell phones it is 3%. I got $27

This is the first time the Fold got my attention. After releasing the Edge, I'm not surprised. I love how the Fold 7 feels in my hands, it's unbelievable.

I have to thank Samsung because if the promo was exactly like last year, when I got the Flip 6...

I have had and loved the S24 Ultra for the last 1 1/2 years, and figured to hold off upgrading for at least the S26 Ultra, and maybe even until the S27 Ultra. Usually my willpower is pretty strong, but having seen this now in person..... I Folded

I saw one in person at BB and didn't notice any issues, and definitely not to that extent as shown in the photo. I never felt my ZF3 opened completely flat unless I flexed it a little more than where it seemed to naturally rest, but I expect the ZF7 to be that way.

Rest assured, I'll return the MF'er and just pay a restocking fee if I have to as it's still not as bad as investing my completely paid off unlocked S25U+ $1000 to boot.

I'm definitely not going to be joining the race to get your trade in sent back. I will be holding onto it for a bit. This kind of possible issue warrants being patient on sending the trade in to them.

Well this isn't just flat, it's also slowing when closed of not being evenly closed. I'll wait and see that's for sure, and definitely wait a couple weeks to send trade in
