Who's ordering the S25?

Well I'm in for the jade green 512gb ultra. Used the credits for a watch. I already have those buds. Picked up a clear case too.

Got my order in on the website with no problems.
Unlocked Black S25+ 512 GB unit and the basic silicone case.
Used the Affirm option to pay over 18 months.
Can't wait.
Should get it before Feb 7th.
Now we need a shipping thread.

Mav.

I've never used Rakuten but it's showing 14% back on Samsung mobile phones. Not sure what's typical for them or even how it works.

Is the 14% on the original retail price or whatever you pay, such as ~$400 after trade in credits?

That's odd...it's still showing 4% for me. You typically get back whatever % of the purchase price before taxes. So after discounts, but before taxes.

Pulled the trigger on the S25U I also was a first time Rakuten user , not sure I did it right but mine said 14% cash back ?

Ordered an unlocked S25 Ultra, 512 GB model, Titanium Black. Traded in my S24 Ultra. Was happy the Samsung site didn't glitch during the launch.

small detour: if you're using Rakuten, doesn't that necessarily mean you're buying direct from Samsung? i.e., you're not going through the carrier. inquiring mind, here.

I went to Rakuten first then click on the Samsung link from there and logged in . I did get an email from Rakuten thanking me for my transaction .

I interpret that to mean using Samsung.com. I would think you could still go through a carrier from the site.

Pure speculation!! I've been going unlocked for many years, so I don't know for sure.

If i deep think it, carriers are usually monthly 'contracts'. Idk...great question.

@TheMiz:

like you, this is the first time in many years' experience buying via samsung.com where there was seemingly no or little traffic to bog down the entire website! this goes hand in hand with my earlier posts mentioning that i feel this time around, there is so little interest in folks wanting to buy these new phones!!

i'm happy that the transaction went smoothly though!

bought the earbuds too!

@mustang7757: pinging you sir! did you buy it yet?
eager to hear! thanks! ;)
