FYI, FedEx does deliver on Saturday. I have an Amazon order coming from FedEx tomorrow. Too bad there isn't a Verizon package too.

Ordered 16gb blue on 6/26 over the phone. Nothing. When I put my order number into Verizon's online order tracker I get a page with my order number and a blank space for tracking No. There is no other info, nothing about expected ship date.

This makes me wonder why my overnight delivery date would say Monday then, rather than Saturday?

Just got an email saying my order is on hold. I ordered a 16gb blue on the 15th. My order status says...payment not taken yet. Why is it on hold?

Well, I just got a "On Hold" email and my status changed to "We have received your order and it is in process. Payment not yet taken."

No idea what that means. Have they just run out of phones?

I was charged yesterday morning around 9am, still no tracking email and status says 7/11. Figured I would get a tracking email yesterday, bummer.

@tekhna If you have an on hold email, call verizon because that probably means the payment didn't get authorized somehow.

I read that phones on "hold" may have payment issues (bad billing zip code, CC # could be off, etc)... You might want to give them a ring.

i just got charged for the 6-7 order kind of weird i will get second phone first when i ordered it one day later than first phone.

update Both phones Shipped last night look how late the phone was picked up by fed-ex like 10 pm and still gonna make it overnight to me. i didn't pay for overnight shipping either. I Should have both my phones by 3pm today.

Saturday delivery (or SDR in fedex-speak) is optional and costs more. Normal packages (even overnight) will not be delivered on saturday unless this is specifically elected and paid for when it is shipped.

Just received email shipping notification this morning. The wife pre-ordered a white and blue, both 16 GB, on 6/7. Tracking shows delivery on Monday, 7/9, by 3 PM - we're in Chicago. I'm happy for all of you who have already received yours, but kinda bummed that it appears a lot of folks who pre-ordered after 6/7 have already received theirs. Anyway, they're coming in when V said they would. Can't wait. Have a great weekend all.

Same here, except I ordered pretty early in the game on 6/8 and always had an expected ship date of 7/9.

AmEx was charged yesterday, status has been "sent for processing" for almost 24 hours now, and I still don't have a tracking number

I'm a rather patient person and so I can handle the wait just fine, but seeing a bunch of peeps who ordered as late as 6/15 (a full week after me) already get theirs in hand while I still don't even have a tracking number yet is like pouring salt in the wound.

Set for delivery Monday shipping to Cincinnati from Memphis standard overnight.

Charged my CC late last night.

still waiting on mine my OG ship date was the 9th but i guess since they tried to charge my card and the $ wasn't there, they put it on hold and pushed my date back to the 11th. Tried calling to have them run the card but they don't have the option, only option they have to is to cancel and re-order. i almost did that since i used another lines upgrade that has a dumb-phone on it anyways and it wouldn't have mattered about the unlimited data. but the lady said that it would ship on the 11th either way so hopefully i get it earlier.

I just had that same problem where the card didn't go through. I called them and they charged it again and it worked. Whoever you talked to was lying or didn't know what they were talking about.
