I need samsung account to use phone

This came up after a factory reset?

Did you just purchase this phone from somebody (ebay, craigslist, etc...)?

Sounds like "activation lock" was still enabled. You will NEED the original Samsung account information to restore the phone. This is an anti-theft mechanism and cannot be bypassed. Simply, if it was your phone and you just forgot your samsung account information, you need to get that first (you can do this on a computer), and if you bought it from somebody else, you need to get them to give you the information, or meet up with you to enter it in, and then remove the lock afterwards.
