Why after pressing power button or home button screen get black?!

why after pressing power button or home button screen get black and wont turn on again but after long time about 15 min or more when i press again those buttons my screen will turn on back again ? sorry for my bad english but i showed you my problem on in this video :

thx my friend - if i remove battery or force reboot will be gonna good but after when i lock phone that problem will back again - i dont test in safe mode but i tested in recovery mode and have same problem too

Test it in Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps you installed. If it goes away in Safe Mode, then you know the problem is due to one of those apps.

(I'm not sure what you mean by testing it in Recovery Mode. Do you mean you did a cache partition wipe?)

yes i did - and when i press power button on twrp recovery mode and after press again for wake screen i dont see anything on screen except black screen !

i tested in samsung stock rom and yes testet with root and custom rom .

no problem was exist before root and custom rom . i think my tablet problem because of lcd cable

It could be the cable, but since you say the problem wasn't present before you installed the custom ROM, then logically, the ROM becomes more suspicious, doesn't it?
