Why after upgrading my note 9 , the internal storage capacity turns into 16gb?!

After upgrading my note 9 to One Ui 2.5 version, the internal storage of the phone turns into 16 gb only! I am seeking for a solution for this problem and I'd appreciate any advice..

Welcome to Android Central! Was this an official system update pushed over-the-air, or did you download the update file from some website and install it manually? Or did you flash this firmware using Odin?

Where did you get the phone from? If it wasn't directly from Samsung, a carrier, or a reputable retailer, there's a chance that the phone is a knockoff.

Is that even still possible on Samsung phones? I recall there was an ADB workaround for that a couple of years ago, but I thought that was no longer possible on more recent phones with the latest updates.

On Note 9 i believe there was a way but one way and not reversible
