Why alarm buttons features is gone on pie?

I used to have samsung s4 and i loved that feature that for snoozing you use volume keys and for dissmising an alam - power key. That way when my snooze time is over, alarm wont shut after pressing a volume key, you know u must get up. Then i swiched to iphone and the main reason why i overslept multiple times was thay ****ty alarm. Recently i jumped back to s8 but this feature is missing again. I mean there is, but all keys do the same thing. Any ways i could have that feature?

Strange. My iPhone wakes me no problem, though set to a low volume. Nor am I inclined to be woken. Still, I'll move this to S8 for suggestions from those guys.

If you have the old alarm app, install it, and you'll have the features back. Or look in Play and see which alarm app you prefer. (This isn't an iPhone, you're not stuck using the functions that came with the phone.)
