Why all my incoming calls are unknown

I've saved all my numbers on my fone when I'm calling it show the name but all my incoming calls are unknown even the ones saved on my fone

Check with your carrier. If they're sending you an "Unknown" carrierID, that's what will show. (I'm sure they'd want to know if some of their equipment is down.)
