Why am I getting an error message on my Samsung Galaxy S5?

my Samsung Galaxy S5

"Unfortunately, e-mail has stopped." Have cleared cache, reset, updated sync server schedules, taken battery out. But still continually get same message on Galaxy S5 phone. Help.
