"Unfortunately, e-mail has stopped." Have cleared cache, reset, updated sync server schedules, taken battery out. But still continually get same message on Galaxy S5 phone. Help.
Welcome to Android Central! Does the problem persist if you boot into Safe Mode? Power the Device Up in Safe Mode Samsung Galaxy S 5 | Verizon Wireless. If not, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem resolves.
