Why am I getting errors on text messages (S5)?

new S5. Still error on texts. please advise

Brand new S5 just began failing all text messages. Of course Verizon had me reset my device.. didn't work. Still error on texts. please advise

Welcome to Android Central! What's the exact error message? "Message could not be sent"? Any problems with voice calls or with mobile data internet access?
