Unable to find software on your computer that can recognize your device. Service park 3 Windows Media Player, Version 10 or higher, for Windows XP or Android File Transfer for Mac. os must be installed. It says I can download Kies to sync data with my device and so on.
I have all this program on my cell phone which my spouse has set-up and I think so of the apps downloaded are for spying purposes. I don't now how to delete or uninstall, and I'm not technical at all.
I come across things by trial and error. Can someone please provide some feedback on my situation?
