Why am I getting this chinese pop up message

Randomly receiving small grey notification with chinese writing and and ! At the end. Help please !! I took a screen shot of it to add to the thread but not sure how.

I am also getting this! Malwarebytes, avast and avg are not picking up anything

Same here, on stock (non-rooted) Nexus 6. Seems to come up at random times - browsing, playing a game, etc.

I have the same thing on my S6. Usually pops up when i open my phone or when i turn on or off data or wifi.

This says the problem is ES File Explorer. Sure enough, uninstalling it seemed to fix the problem.
