Why am I not able to move apps to external memory after 6.0.1 update?

When I updated to Marshmallow 6.0, was able to move apps to external memory. But after 6.0.1 update, I could not move apps to sd card which were moved in the last update.

Is this a problem in the latest android update? wont it be changed at least in the next update?

I'm using Android One Mobile (Spice Dream Uno India). It has 4 GB as Internal storage. But after 6.0 Update I've formatted my 32 GB sd card as internal storage. So I was able to move all the applications except built-in apps to the external storage.

But recently I've upgraded to 6.0.1 Marshmallow. after that when ever i do apps update, not be able to move to sd card.

Has anyone found any easier solution for moving apps to sd? Many have actually become "phone only" apps like system apps. This is what app2sd shows.
