Why am I not able to play music..?

[Android Central Question]

Well this problems been going on for a week now...A week ago I don't know what happened but suddenly my phone volume got extremely low though it was 100% in the phone...As I went over the my music app, it started reporting "unable to play music due to an ongoing call or another app blocking audio output"...I restarted my phone, called someone did what not possible but it still remained...I thought maybe it was a problem with the app...As I headed over to my movie player app, it reported the same problem , I don't know what to do, I contacted my phones support and also the apps...can anyone help?
