Why am I unable to answer any phone calls on my phone?

I have a HUAWEI Y330-U01 and I am unable to answer any calls I receive. A screen appears with incoming call, a hang up button, a answer button and a lock in the middle. I have searched all of my settings unable to get rid of this lock whatsoever. Any suggestions? I've held it down and tapped it multiple times, nothing is working

Welcome to the forums. Are you sure you have a working SIM and carrier account? Can you make calls okay? Are calls going to voicemail?
