Why am I unable to charge my Samsung Note 4?

Unable to charge Samsung Note 4

Hi! I recently have a charging problem. Please see the picture below.
-- This is a AT&T Note 4 with Android 5.0.
-- The charging cable and fast adapter are original.
-- Same things happen when I changed to another adapter/cable; So the problem is probably in the phone.
-- It still happens after a restart.
Another observation: every time I unplug the cable, it shows on the top "fast charger connected". So odd...

Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Either the restart caused corruption in the ROM, the charging port is loose or the charging hardware failed.

In any case, the phone is under warranty so arrange for a warranty replacement or repair (depending on where you live).
