Why am I unable to download apps?

Unable 2 download apps

I have LG Optimus from Straight Talk and I can't download apps anymore. It always says, App could not download app due to error. HELP

Delete Data from playstore and play framework, then reboot, DATA! it looks scary but it will remember you
