Why am I unable to pair my Bluetooth to my car since the KVT49L.LS990ZV6 update?

Bluetooth trouble after KVT49L.LS990ZV6

So, I have a 2008 Acura MDX with Bluetooth.

Before the KVT49L.LS990ZV6 update, I had no trouble pairing the phone with the car.
After the update, the car can no longer find the phone.

I've deleted it, and tried a number of different techniques to get it to recognize, but zilch, no luck,

Anyone have same experience? have a solution?

See if Acura has a service bulletin about it. Bluetooth is a very loose standard, so if LG changed something, the two may no longer be able to communicate. It's not a formal protocol like SMS or email, it's more of a "this is what's possible, implement it any way you like" 'standard'.

When you said that you deleted it, I'm assuming you mean that you deleted the BT profile from the G3 side. Did you also try deleting it from the Acura side? That is, delete on both sides and then try to pair up fresh.
