Why am I unable to switch on the wifi on my S5 Neo?

i can't switch on the wifi on my galaxy S5 neo

it just doesn't switch on, the icon of the wifi doesn't become green, and if i try to go on settings, than on wifi and try to switch it on from there, it stays for a minute trying to turn on, but than it just go back ang switch off. please help me

I'm having the exact same issue. Completed a factory reset and still no joy!
Any ideas why this is happening / how to fix?

Welcome to Android Central! It could be a hardware issue, like a loose connection. That would require a trip to a repair shop. Before doing that, you could try reinstalling the firmware using Samsung Smart Switch.
