Why am I unable to turn my brand new Galaxy Alpha on?

Can't turn my brand new Galaxy Alpha on. I've tried "Factory Reset"

I've just bought a new Samsung Galaxy Alpha. It charged overnight and actualized the OS. After I put my sim card it started to reboot automatically. Now I can't even turn it on.

I've tried pressing HOME+VOLUME UP+POWER and "WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET" + "Reboot System now" but it still doesn't turn on.

Also tried booting in safe mode.


Can anybody please help me?

Just bought + doesn't work = bring it back. Restarting it was about all the time you should have wasted on it. A new device should just work.
