I can not update my Galaxy Note 3 SM N9005 to Lollipop
I bought this phone second hand yesterday, the IMEI checks out and it is only 5 months old, it appears to have Kitkat 4.2.2 and when I update it says I already have the most up to date version. I have the receipt for this phone (bought here in Poland) but it seems it might be originally from France as it has some specific Orange programmes in French. It is my understanding that all Notes have now been upgraded to Lollipop, am I missing something? Any advice gratefully received!
