Why are 1440p, 1080p, and 480p options gone on my Youtube app?

Why are 1440p, 1080p, and 480p options gone on my Youtube app.

I have an LG G3 and was surprised when I could watch 1440p videos on the youtube app. Then a couple days later I went to watch a video that was recorded in Quad HD and not only was 1440p gone, so were 1080p and 480p. I tried to find an answer and most said to delete app data, clear cache, uninstall all updates, reboot the phone, and reinstall. I did this a couple times but had no luck. Does anyone else have the same problem and if so is there a way to fix it?
