Why are Apps installed automatically?

Apps installed automatically.

I'm using Micromax unite 2. Hola launcher qnd some weird apps are getting installed automatically. I have made a factory reset 2 times to stop this. But whenever I uninstall those apps and restart the phone the be like "ANDROID IS UPGRADING.
OPTIMIZING 1 OF 1 APP"
why so. I'm tired of such trouble. And Micromax care is just useless , dont waste your time. They wont even respond . please tell me a effective way to stop it.

Also check the links included there. Unfortunately even a factory reset seems to do nothing for some people. Maybe you'll need to flash a factory image to fix it.
