I've been having issues with my files since about a month ago, and it started all of a sudden. I have an LG Stylo 5, and all of a sudden, I wasn't able to delete or move any new photos that I had downloaded. I also can't set anything new as my wallpaper. The only way for me to move or delete recent files is to go to my file explorer. Whenever I try to open the pictures up in my Gallery app, it says "No program available to do that". I have an SD card, but I've checked and that doesn't seem to be the issue. I've tried nearly everything and nothing has been able to fix this.

You can safely unmount your sd card and see if your internal storage is working fine again (reboot the device after)
If still issue then try clearing data and force stop the stock file manager and photos app and see if they go back to normal.
